There are a number of approaches to reducing elbow pain. I have found this approach highly successful. As a certified Practitioner and Teacher of The Berry Method® I am constantly motivated to search out and correct the muscular-structural balance components contributing to pain by following the muscle trail.
Unfortunately for me, my nearest fellow practitioner is 4 hrs away.
Fortunately for all of us I have adapted by using The Berry Method® in a self-help manner.
That is what I am sharing today, information that has served my clients and I in reducing elbow pain.
    I hope this serves you.
